The Maintenance Achievement Program (MAP) is designed to objectively assess the Level of Service (LOS) associated with the agency's highway maintenance activities. By collecting LOS data Statewide and benchmarking it against predetermined targets for each maintenance task, MAP enables the agency to enhance its planning, budgeting, and management of highway maintenance operations. The primary objective of MAP is to drive ongoing improvements in the agency's maintenance performance and to boost the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the program.
